Fundable
Fundable.com lets groups of people pool funds to make purchases or raise money.
Similar to online auctions, Fundable's pages are created by people who use this site. Each project has a description of how much money needs to be collected and what it will do. Once enough pledges (not payments) have been collected, Fundable turns them into real payments and sends the total to the project's organizer.

Indie GoGO
IndieGoGo provides tools for fundraising, promotion, and discovery to the film and media industry. The platform enables people to showcase their work, mobilize their fans, and DIWO (Do-It-With-Others!).
Founded on the principles of opportunity, transparency, choice, and action, IndieGoGo launched in 2008 to address the fundraising challenges and market inefficiencies affecting independent filmmaking today. IndieGoGo enables this "filmocracy" by providing filmmakers an open platform to pitch their projects to the world, and giving the fans a vehicle to experience and influence the once inaccessible world of filmmaking.
Filmmakers get new resources to build and engage a loyal fan base to assist in making their projects happen. Filmmakers can raise money and awareness, find cast and crew, and gain credibility through the help of their number one resource: their fans.
Fans get the opportunity to discover and impact the films of tomorrow while getting insider access and VIP perks for their contributions. But beyond the VIP perks, fans get an everyday opportunity to support the people, films, or causes they believe in.

ITVS Open Call
ITVS Open Call provides finishing funds for single non-fiction or animation public television programs on any subject, and from any viewpoint. Projects must have begun production as evidenced by a work-in-progress video.
FOR OPEN CALL, ITVS IS LOOKING FOR:
Single programs of standard broadcast length (56:40 or 26:40). In rare cases, when a filimmaker’s skills, subject and story structure warrant it, ITVS will consider programs at feature lengths
Works-in-progress (for non-fiction submissions), i.e. projects that have already begun production
Programs that can be completed within one year of contract
There is no minimum or maximum amount, but ITVS monies must be the last dollars in—meaning they should be sufficient for completing the production. Be realistic and request what you need to finish your program. After review of your budget, ITVS will make an offer of funds that we believe will allow you to complete your project. Please read “How ITVS Funding Is Different from a Grant,” in ITVS Funding Guidelines.
